Mastozoología Neotropical

Every six months, SAREM issues a new number of the journal Mastozoología Neotropical, which publishes original research, short notes, book comments, reviews and thesis abstracts, all related to Neotropical mammals. The journal is part of the “núcleo básico de revistas científicas del CONICET” (a group of Journals considered as key publications by the Argentine Scientific Council) and is indexed in Zoological Record, Wildlife Review, Biological Abstracts (BIOSIS), Latindex (level 1), SCImago (Quartile 2), Scopus and SciELO (Scientific Electronic Library OnLine).

So far, Mastozoología Neotropical has published more than 22 volumes, each with two issues (as of August 2015). The journal has published 520 articles by more than 1000 authors (as of December 2014).
